Refunds Policy

By placing an order through the AXHEN website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic US countries.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@axhen.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the issue was our fault; if the return is not our fault you may be responsible for return shipping. We will also send instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 4-7 business days once we get the item back to our returns center. After that, you'll receive a refund minus any shipping costs or restocking fees.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@axhen.com

RESTOCKING FEE

We charge a restocking fee on returns, there will be a 20% restocking fee taken out of the refund and shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

We do not charge a return shipping fee on returns. However you may be responsible for return shipping label fees.

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, DHL OR USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process. Our shipping teams work very quickly to expedite orders and get them shipped to the customer as quickly as possible (sometimes within 1 hour of order notification).
